Thought of the day...

I'm tired of schools being so concerned about reaching proficiency that they dismiss the need to reach potential. There is quite a difference between the two and it makes all the difference in the world to my children (and yours).

Most of the time, we can expect to fall short of our goals in life. So you are absolutely right, the higher you aim, the better you'll do. If you shoot for the bare minimum, you can expect to fail most of the time.
